But he’s made it his practice always to warn them not to over speed and break traffic rules when he uses them, and that’s exactly what he said in the suburb2suburb podcast about driving in Uganda. He took questions about how to improve the industry in Uganda. Shafiq Ochom gave his views on the Traffic lights that have been constructed all over the City and how to get motorists to understand their usage. While Joe Paratra gave his views on the problematic issues of fake driving permits in Uganda and how this can be reduced.
