Celebrated Ugandan film maker and cinematographer George Stanley Nsamba has once again produced a new short film titled Time irreversible. The film is set to premiere in February 2017 at the Uganda National Theater.
Renowned for his use of short films to address social issues affecting Ugandan society, the Ghetto film project proprietor has seen his films studied at the National Museums of Scotland where one of his short films “the silent depression” has been used as a case study on effects of smartphones on humanity. Time Irreversible was shot in August 2016 by a team of youth from The Ghetto Film Project.

Time Irreversible is a collaboration with Indian actor and Executive Producer Neeraj Vishwakarma a partnership that has seen the two change the course of short film making in Uganda. The short film was recently launched in India receiving rave reviews from the Indian Community.
The film stars former obsessions dancer and fashion designer Hellen Lukoma. Lukoma has had telling performances in TV shows like the Hostel Series where she stared as Patra and Beneath The Lies.
George Stanley Nsamba is a cinematographer and screenwriter who has deservedly earned his respect among the Film community in Uganda. Word has it that Neeraj and Nsamba are working on another short film called Smoked Out, this website will keep you informed on this project.
