Gadaffi National Mosque

The Gadaffi National Mosque also known as the Uganda National Mosque is a mosque located on Kampala Hill in Old Kampala Uganda. The Gadaffi National Mosque was completed in 2006 after its foundation was laid by Idi Amin Dada in the 1970's. The Gadaffi National Mosque can seat up to 15,000 people. The mosque was completed with the assistance of the late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi of Libya built as a gift to Uganda.
